20 simple tips to stay productive

I actually heard it from a colleague at work during the whole lockdown isolation period due to COVID! She starting by telling us that she and her partner had started to learn a new language. I asked, "why would you want to do that?” She explained that they are using it as an escape from the outside world, with everything negative going on they decided to make the most out of a bad situation, for the better!
I didn't understand this at first but after the discussion, I thought about it. I've spent the last couple of weeks just keeping tabs on the news expecting things to suddenly change. Why not spend that time doing something productive?
So I did!
I've
learned many new things in the space of a few weeks, see a couple below:
The list goes on, but my favourite has to be learning how to do a headstand! Just wait until I show my nieces and nephews.
There is so much information out there for us; we can learn something new every day. We can expand our world and achieve great success. I urge you to give it a try and see the difference it makes in your life!
I have
put together my top four reasons you should try this out yourself.
1. Knowledge is power!
It is important to understand that knowledge is much more than books. Knowledge is gained through life experiences, which includes both our successes and failures. When we learn new things, we gain and grow which empowers us to achieve great things
2. A sense of accomplishment
You can grow as a person, develop your own knowledge base and improve yourself for better! This can get you access to new and exciting opportunities. You may have some of the best experiences of your life.
3. It’s FUN!
You aren't going to choose something you won’t enjoy. So make sure to have some fun with it! It doesn't always mean you have to read something or watch a YouTube tutorial. Maybe go training with your local football team, visit museums in your local area or find something you are really interested in and learn all about it.
This should never be boring!
4. Get Creative
Learning
new things can help you come up with new ideas! You will find that you are
contributing more at work and wanting to share that knowledge with your
colleagues. Or that headstand with the family!
As always let me know your thoughts in the comments section. Maybe even let me know something new you've learned over the last couple of weeks! :)
I completely agree, I love learning new things! These things can turn into a hobby or a really fun memory x
